The O.I.R. (Orquesta Informal de Rosario) is a world-music “band-orchestra”, which fuses rumba, latin and swing, with other world genres, such as ska, reggae, Balkan music and tango. The OIR is formed in 2009 by Sergio Provenzano (ex Rosario Smowing) and has 2 discs and a live DVD edited independently.
